I like the original. I was hoping this would be a nice way to play Fishing Break with my family & friends. After all, it advertises this as its "multiplayer mode." It's not. They stripped out most of what made the original so good while riddling it with lootboxes, a cluttered interface, and random strangers zipping back and forth across my screen on their mobile private islands... Are you kidding me? This isn't fishing! It feels like they're just trying to reel in the TikTokers. Total carp.

This version is by far better than the original. Being able to see other boats and seeing rare when people catch rare fish makes this one of the best fishing games for mobile. If I could add one thing though it would be a fish tank like in the original instead of the pictures of the catches that you can see. But overall great game and good job developers

I really like this game! I want to keep playing. I'm a bit annoyed though.. I run out of bait quite quick it seems. I max out my bait ad watches and then that's it. The bait value to fish value isnt high enough. Like the bait costs way more than what you get out of the fish. So the bait drains coins quickly. Then I put the game down until I can get my daily ads back. I recently bought the VIP to give me a boost but that doesnt last long either when you are spending all your coins on bait.
